To return merchandise purchased on the MDC Store website, please use the Contact Us form and provide details about the nature of the return, including your order number and contact information.
Unopened items or defective merchandise from the MDC Store website can be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period. The item must be returned in the original packaging, with all packaging intact and tags attached so the merchandise can be returned to stock. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.
For purchases made at a physical retail store location, the customer must return to or contact their point of purchase.
Online purchases cannot be returned to a retail location. They must be returned by mail after filling out our Contact Us form and receiving verification from MDC that we will accept the merchandise.
For apparel and footwear items, we will accept unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise—with the original sales receipt or packing slip and price tags still attached—within 30 days.
All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We recommend obtaining a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages. We cannot refund original or return shipping charges.
Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed through the mail. If you would like an exchange, you can return the original item by mail for a refund and then place a new order for the item you need.
Returns will not be accepted without the original sales or gift receipt, or packing slip. All returns are subject to verification of the original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.
